Very attentive housekeeping staff. Comfortable bed and linens.

Construction going on during the day facing the back of the hotel.

We were given a room that faced noisy construction on the first night. Asked for a room change and were quite pleased thereafter. If you recommend this hotel, warn that the odd number rooms are facing a construction area. The hotel has a good exercise facility furnished with all necessary machines and earphones for the TV's on the equipment. ...read more

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Half a block from the Cartier store.

The room was decorated in dull fabrics.

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Maid service was excellent and concierge staff was helpful. The location is great. We walked up to 8:00 PM at night (two women) while returning from dinner and felt comfortable. Shopping on Fifth Ave and Madison Ave within a half block. Not tons of closet or drawer space. Just adequate.

We were exceptionally pleased with the hotel. The location was fabulous. The room was a little small, but the bed and linen were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was roomy.
